Privacy and your enquiries

This limited notice covers the main wedding and service pages and their email links. It does not cover purchases made on Etsy or processing that may take place after a project is booked. The separate interactive companions explain their own browser and shared-link data below.
What happens on the wedding and service pages
These pages do not offer user accounts, contact forms, newsletter sign-up, comments or on-site checkout. Their site code does not add analytics or advertising trackers, place cookies or save information in your browser. Images and fonts load from this site.
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. To display a page, the hosting service receives connection information such as your IP address and the address of the page you request. The exact contractual, logging, retention and transfer details still need to be confirmed.
Interactive companions
The original evening companion saves planning details in your browser. Its invitation flow explains what stays on the device and what is stored on Cloudflare when you create a shared link: see the companion and its invitation page.
The Halloween companion also uses browser storage and stores reviewed shared cards, replies and approved photos on Cloudflare. Its separate Your evening’s data notice explains the data, links, expiry and help options.
Email enquiries
An email link opens the email application you choose. It does not submit information to Whimsical Barcelona unless you decide to send the message. If you write to us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include so that we can read and respond to your enquiry.
General enquiries go to yulia@whimsicalbarcelona.com. Privacy enquiries go to lets.be.whimsical@gmail.com. Email is handled through Google email services.
How long we keep enquiries
Only the two founders read the enquiry and privacy inboxes within Whimsical Barcelona. We review inactive enquiries monthly and delete those that have not led to a booking once 12 months have passed since the last meaningful contact. We may retain necessary records for longer where a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute requires it.
External services
Links to Etsy and social networks take you to independent external services. Their own privacy information applies once you visit them. This website does not provide an on-site Etsy checkout.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To make a privacy request, email lets.be.whimsical@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
